Details: During this interactive workshop, Alexandria will discuss the importance of lighting both 2D and 3D artwork to produce professional looking results. She will give pointers on phones, cameras, preparation, and other important considerations when photographing artwork. File size and transfer will also be discussed. Participants can follow along with their own phones or cameras, and get feedback during a question and answer period.

Objective: The goal of this FREE workshop is to help artists create improved representations of their work through a better understanding of lighting tricks and techniques of a professional photographer. After a brief presentation there will be a Q&A.

Presenter Bio: Alexandria Mauck is a Portrait and Editorial Photographer in Westport, MA. She holds a BFA from Ohio Wesleyan University. She has photographed for both commercial photography studios and art galleries. Alexandria has also made her living as a wedding photographer for the past 20 years.
