Marcus Cusick

Found Object Sculpture

Westport native Marcus Cusick received his BFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in Sculpture while minoring in both printmaking and drawing.

Marcus’ vocational past and distant memories of trash picking for hidden gems reflect upon his selection of found shapes and forms.

He states that each individual part of the overall composition has a history of its own. When merged, a new story is told giving each object new life and purpose.
