2022 Art Contest

Artists who registered for the 2022 Open Studio Tour were invited to submit original artwork to SCA’s Annual Art Contest on the theme of “Be Inspired.” The theme was very broad, so that all artists have the opportunity to choose their very best work that incorporates the theme. Where do you find inspiration? What doors will you walk through this year?

2021 Art Contest

Artists who registered for the 2021 Open Studio Tour were invited to submit original artwork on the theme of New Beginnings to SCA’s Annual Art Contest. The theme was very broad, so that all artists would have the opportunity to choose their very best work that incorporated the theme of New Beginnings: springtime, new life, blooming, emerging from the quarantines of the past year, sunrise, awakening, nature, the color green, buds emerging from the warming ground, a welcome rebirth from the slumber of winter, and other creative concepts.
2021 Members’ Invitational
The South Coast Artists Invitational Exhibition is an annual event at various galleries showcasing the range and depth of artwork created by member artists living and working in the South Coast Region of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The 2021 exhibition took place at the prestigious Gallery at Four, located in historic Tiverton Four Corners at 3848 Main Road, Tiverton, Rhode Island.
